Amazing waves in decent resort by Peter on November 4, 2016
If you're looking for an ultimate luxury resort, there are definitely better resorts out there. We wanted a decent resort with great waves and got just that. The food was alright and plenty, our room (Lohis Villa) was clean, modern and had all we needed. What you come for is the surf and that was world-class. The surfguide Rich and his team are super friendly guys and crowds were never an issue. Thanks LUEX for arranging my trip.

It was my 4th year in the Huduranfushi, same dates
Amazing surf, the place is just the paradise
One thing only that evety year i conplain , that is the music coming frm the disco every night from 8 to midnight and thats impossible to sleep
I changed from room 110 to 133 and still that loud music.
Why so loud?
It really bad, every year the same
I got 1 night in one of those cabanas , expensive ones, offered by the manager, but not solve the problem
I really want to sleep at night, after surfing and i think this is a minimum when you re in a resort judt for...Rest!
Lets see next year...
Because i ll do it again

Hudhuranfushi - Bad Food and Service for families by Tiago on July 5, 2015
I've been at Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi in mid-june 2015. Despite being located in a paradise place, having very good waves, they advertise themselves as family friendly resort, but in fact they are not. I conclude they are made for single surfers only. Why: very bad food, specially for kids, all inclusive which does not include at least fresh juices (you need to pay 10 USD for a single glass of orange juice), most of the menu are made of spicy foods (Indian and Chinese), lack of bars on the pool, beach after 06:00 PM to drink a beer, eat a snack, lack of snacks all the time by the pool / beach and the food was not tasty at all. Also the service is one of the worst I've seen - hotel departments (like cashiers) closed from time to time, management attitude very bad, high prices even to have a late check out, different prices for upgrade from person to other at the same day. No hotel activities for the kids, like a supervised area, plays at the pool, etc - all the things we find in a good resort, also tennis court was in a disastrous shape (crack on the ground which could cause and injury easily). Summarizing, the place is meant only for single surfers only who wants only to surf and to surf there the person must be very proficient - no place for beginners.

Yes! by Marta on January 6, 2013
I heard mixed things before and was quite curious on arrival. It's not a super luxury resort, I agree, but my husband was totally stoked about the surfing. The food was solid, the rooms seemed to be new - we stayed in the Lohis Room - and the surf guides were wonderful. All surfers hang out in front of the wave on the deck overlooking the wave and we met many new friends there. We'll be back and would recommend Hudhuranfushi for anyone who is looking for a fair priced resort in the Maldives with great waves.

Best holidays of my life :)
