While the pros can show off in perfect big waves near the 2 rocks (Los Morros) and the Mirador Section, beginners can discover surfing in the small waves near the sand beach. Back towards the village of Pichilemu, 6km North of Punta de Lobos you will find “Infernillo” and “Puntilla”, two other world class waves that make Pichilemu the surf capital of Chile.
Windsurf - Kitesurf
From the beginning of Spring until Autumn, it is frequent for the wind (Surazo) to start blowing strongly around mid-day to offer ideal conditions for windsurf and kitesurf in Cahuil lake or to play in waves “Infernillo” and “Puntilla”, one of the longest waves in the world.
Windsurf classes are held at Cahuil Lake, 10 minutes from our lodge. This is the perfect place for training nautical sports and sailing.
