We are proud of our four dedicated yoga spaces, all fully equipped with props and sound system. We also have a very relaxing Spa and a Temazcal, ready to melt away all signs of stress from your body. And when it comes to Food & Beverages, don’t miss all the fun at our Restaurant, Bar and Beach Club, with all the folklore of the traditional Mexican recipes.
Our dinner patio is set at the edge of the ocean and bordered by lush jungle. Xinalani Restaurant offers a delicious and healthy menu. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on our beachfront terrace. A type of sweat lodge originated in ancient Mexico with pre hispanic indigenous people. Temazcal is an intense ritual that will challenge your body and train your mind for higher self-power. The word temazcal comes from the Nahuatl word temazcalli (house of heat). During the ceremony, a Shaman will guide you to purify your mind, body and soul.
Yoga Space: Our 1,450 sqft sand terrace is a delightful alternative for up to 60 yogis. Practices there are naturally orchestrated by the flow of the waves. Amazing experience to compliment your stay with us and practice yoga near the natural elements. Keep your drishti on the pelicans flying by or the humpback whales.
Yoga Studio: Our flagship jungle studio with 2,160 sqft holds up to 60 yogis. A magnificent palm-thatched roofed temple built on top of the hill amidst the jungle, with amazing views of the ocean. It's made out of wood and blends with the trees. Rectangle shaped, it has walls that are useful for supporting students practicing inversions.
Yoga Studio: Spectacular yoga space of 1,250 sqft which holds up to 40 yogis. The Greenhouse is enclosed and naturally warm, perfectly suited for the practice of all styles of yoga, including hot yoga. A big rectangle: the large side is facing the ocean. Mirrors designed for Bikram Yoga practice create an amazing feeling of space.
Yoga Studio: This beautiful 590 sqft palm-thatched cabin can host up 25 yogi. You will be impressed by the amazing view of the bay. it is specially designed to host individuals and small groups in the practice of quiet meditation making it the perfect venue for a cosy yoga class. Equipped with mats, blankets, blocks and sound system.

Temazcal Prehispanic Ritual
A temazcal is a type of sweat lodge which originated in ancient Mexico with Prehispanic indigenous people. During this solemn and symbolic ceremony, a Shaman will guide you through the antique protocol and invoke the four elements to purify your mind, body and soul. Challenge your senses, and inherit an ancient wisdom that will propel you forward, day after day.
Surfing and Surf Lessons
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned surfer, you will enjoy this beautiful sand break producing small to medium sized waves, breaking leftwards. Surfing season is during the fall and winter (November to March). The surf point is located 2 min away walking out of Xinalani.
Stand-up Paddle Board
Stand-up Paddle Boards are gaining popularity in the outdoors leisure world for they're really easy and fun to use and offer excellent fitness and core workouts. They are also a great way to practice yoga poses!
Breathe, meditate, stretch, and grow. Two daily yoga sessions are already included in your stay at Xinalani: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Nevertheless you can continue to deepen your yoga practice by adding classes or specific tutorials to your schedule.

Feel free to take the kayaks out for a ride and explore the coastline around Xinalani: small fishermen villages, hidden pristine beaches, etc.
Scuba Diving Trip
Discover the natural habitat of majestic giant manta rays, sea turtles and exotic tropical fish. Scuba Diving in Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta is an amazing and rewarding activity that you can experience during your stay at Xinalani. The boat will pick you up at the yoga retreat center in the morning and take you out for two immersions in the south of the Bay of Banderas.
