Want to go heli skiing in the Alps? Do it in the Aosta Valley and Valgrisenche. Top-notch!
Runs for every riding level
Heli Skiing Valgrisenche offers one of the most serious heli skiing in the Alps. Why? For good reasons, heli skiing is pretty much limited in this densely populated mountain range. The magic, wild and beautiful valley of Valgrisenche offers plenty of really interesting landing sites with diversified terrain. You have runs for every riding level, for skiers and snowboarders alike.
This trip is mainly suited for groups with 3 or more people. Prices of the heli packages are lodging only, but the LUEX team will help to set you up with whatever accommodation you require: Budget, medium or luxury... we know cozy or fancy hotels, the cool spas and the local restaurants around. Just ask, the LUEX team will sort you out!
3 of Europe’s 4 highest mountains can be found here
Valgrisenche is located in the heart of gorgeous Aosta Valley. The dizzying peaks of the Valle d’Aosta are simply tremendous, high alpine stuff: 3 of Europe’s 4 highest mountains can be found here, including the highest, Mont Blanc (Monte Bianco; 4807m), which it shares with France; then the Matterhorn (Monte Cervino; 4478m), shared with Switzerland; and the Monte Rosa massif, shared with both Switzerland and Piedmont. All in all, you won’t find fewer than 12 peaks above 4000m! Not all of them allow for heli skiing, but we definitely can ski some tremendous peaks, that´s for sure!
Enjoy the evening in one of the fine italian restaurants
History has carved its way through the valley through the ages. Turreted castles and relics from the Neolithic period, the early Bronze Age and early Roman sites can be found everywhere. The small valleys off the main Aosta valley shelter intriguing, ancient villages, such as Valgrisenche. What an interesting place to ski in!
Coming home after an epic day in the mounains is definitely a good feeling in the Aosta Valley. Enjoy the evening in one of the fine italian restaurants, have some delicious pasta and some good red wine.
