Aura Surf Resort boasts a world class wave directly in front of the resort; you can choose which way you want to get barrelled – left or right! There are a further ten to fifteen breaks in the vicinity which are reached by boat or via land. The surf breaks add a level of variety to the waves on offer and further reduce the non-existent crowds – this is paradise! Indonesia is ridiculously consistent and the prime surf season will see swell after swell hit the island reefs from the roaring forties. Prime season runs from March to November but the shoulder season can still see world class perfect waves breaking with even less crowds.
