Courses run through the whole winter season from Nov-Apr. Normal ski equipment is required for participants.

Course is designed to get riders comfortable in powder

Garhammer Deep Powder Ski Courses focus on the "ABS" technique which puts emphasis on natural motion and is designed to get riders comfortable in deep powder. The course starts with a few warm-up runs before the groups are divided up by ability. Usually the groups have 7-8 people per coach. Garhammer courses use extensive video review as a means to help teach.

Garhammer offers courses specially tailored to women's needs. The "ABS" technique has been very successful with female riders. Courses for children are also available and Garhammer has years of experience working with children. Childrens courses are available during Feb-Apr in Sterzing, Disentis, and Garmisch and are designed for ages 6-14.
