A touch of Canada in the Bernese Oberland. A fantastic downhill run through swirling powder-snow, past glacial ice avalanches and crevasses and on through forested terrain. Bewitched by imposing 4000 metre mountains, you take the downhill run via the Ebnefluhfirn to the Lötschenlücke and on past the Hollandia Hut via the Lang Glacier to the glacier end. Then the helicopter takes you on a second flight up to Petersgrat. The downhill run leads through impressive glacial towers and down the fantastic slopes of the Tschingelfirn past the Mutthorn Hut to Oberhornsee Lake. From here the run leads down steeper and forested terrain to Stechelberg.
Rosenegg lies between the Wetterhorn, Grindelwald’s home mountain, and the Rosenhorn. The demanding downhill run first leads over a high plateaux and then through wild glacial ice avalanches on to the Gauli Glacier. From here you reach the Urbachtal and then Innertkitchen. Variation: snow conditions it’s possible to ski into the Rosenlaui Valley via the Rosenlaui Glacier. The downhill run is steep and spectacular
