Ebnefluh, 3910m and Petersgrat, 3126m altitude
A touch of Canada in the Bernese Oberland. Treat yourself to a fantastic downhill run through swirling powder-snow, past glacial ice avalanches and crevasses to an SAC hut and on through forested terrain. Helisking in harmony with nature and the snow experience of a lifetime!


Details of this package

  • Helicopter flight: The helicopter takes you on a first flight from the take-off point to Ebnefluh. The flight over the Kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen ski area past the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau is only the first highlight of the day. The second flight takes you from Langgletscher over spectacular, high-Alpine areas and glaciers to Petersgrat.
  • Ski route: Bewitched by imposing 4000 metre mountains, you take the downhill run via the Ebnefluhfirn to the Lötschenlücke and on past the Hollandia Hut via the Lang Glacier to the glacier end. Then the helicopter takes you on a second flight up to Petersgrat. A run down stunning, but steep slopes through the Faflertal Valley to the Lötschental Valley in Canton Valais (Distance approx. 35km). Return trip via Goppenstein – Lötschberg – Spiez.
  • Variations: Conditions permitting, a run down through impressive glacial towers and over the splendid slopes of the Tschingelfirn, past the Mutthorn Hut and down to the Oberhornsee Lake, then on down steep forested slopes to Stechelberg.
  • Arrival: Individually organised transport
  • Take off: From 7:00 to approx. 9:00
  • Requirements: Good skier or snowboarder. No previous Alpine experience needed
  • Equipment: Normal skiing equipment, warm, windproof and waterproof clothing, small backpack with snacks, sunglasses, sun block and lip cream. For snowboarders additionally ski pole (preferably telescopic)
  • Return trip: By taxi, minibus and/or train to starting point

Rosenegg, 3470m altitude
Freeriding with a qualified mountain guide in the Bernese Oberland glacier world. Rosenegg lies between the Wetterhorn, Grindelwald’s home mountain, and the Rosenhorn. This will definitely be an unforgettable heliskiing adventure. Simply cool!


Details of this package

  • Helicopter flight: The helicopter flies us from Gsteigwiler and Männlichen over the Grindelwald Valley, past the infamous Eiger North Wall, the craggy rock faces of the Schreckhorn and Wetterhorn chain and over crevassed glaciers. The helicopter flight is the only the first highlight of the day. From Hori, Schattenhalb, we fly to Rosenegg via the Engelhörner, Rosenlaui and Wellhorn. After this short but intoxicating flight, we enjoy the fabulous views and look forward to the coming downhill run.
  • Ski route: The demanding downhill run first leads over a high plateaux and then through wild glacial ice avalanches on to the Gauli Glacier. From here you reach the Urbachtal and then Innertkirchen
  • Variation: snow conditions it’s possible to ski into the Rosenlaui Valley via the Rosenlaui Glacier. The downhill run is steep and spectacular.
  • Arrival: Individually organised transport

  • Requirements: Good skier or snowboarder, no previous Alpine experience needed

Sustenlimmi
Helisking on the Susten instead of a driving over the pass. In comfort by helicopter from Schattenhalb/Meiringen via Gadmertal to the Gwächtenhorn/Sustenlimm, where you’ll find a mountain world with marvellous slopes for great deep-snow downhill runs.


Details of this package

  • Helicopter flight: The helicopter takes us from Schattenhalb or Nessental via Gadmertal, past the Giglistock towards Sustenlimmi to the landing site in the middle of the Sustenhorn and Gwächtenhorn glacier world. The helicopter flight is already the first highlight of the day.
  • Ski route: From Sustenlimmi past glacial ice avalanches and rock faces down to Steinsee lake past the heli landing site at Hotel Steingletscher. Those who haven’t had enough of the superb snow slopes can take a quick flight back up at any time.
  • Meeting point: Schattenhalb or Innertkirchen helibase – by arrangement
  • Arrival: Individually organised transportation
  • Take off: From 8:00 to approx. 11:00
