Gland Joyo's Surf Camp is excited to announce the inclusion of Yoga class. The 1st stage has started since June 2007, it's been long ago and now still continues... and as always the reponse from the guests here was great, amazing and positive.
Yoga matches perfectly your surfing activity, it’s a perfect way to balance out the body & mind before-after surfing... very ideal activity for a non-surfer visiting the camp. The program is tailored to the individual needs and skill level, focusing on strength, alignment, and the flow of energy in the body.
The Yoga Class program is taught by professional licensed yoga instructor from Australia, Brazil, USA, and so forth who will lead the class session.
